Wellbeing Intervention Manager (Maternity Cover)
37 hours per week, term time only.
NJC Salary Scale 5 £26,421 to £28,770 pro rata (actual £22,598 to £24,608)
We require an excellent practitioner to join our pastoral team as a Wellbeing Intervention Manager. The purpose of the role is to support students’ learning by focusing on their barriers, perceived and actual, through 1:1 intervention and small group sessions.
The successful candidate will have commitment to young people and their development, an understanding of the issues young people face and an ability to empathise with them whilst setting high expectations and clear boundaries. You will be excellently supported by the Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead and the wider Wellbeing Team which forms part of the school Pastoral Team.
