Overview

Our client is a private solicitors practice located in London, Dorset and Bedfordshire.  They are no looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution Team.

Salary: £35,000 to £50,000

The Role

This full-time position as fee-earner will involve working with the Directors and existing Solicitors initially, unless the candidate is able to bring a full caseload with them.

Relevant experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution, including company, commercial and/or banking & finance litigation is required. Training can and will be provided but the candidate must have sufficient knowledge to start acting on cases from day one

The Person

The successful candidate will have a careful blend of maturity, pro-activity, ability to work both on their own and in a team, handle pressure, be highly organised, highly articulate and have the knowledge and experience of the CPR and Commercial Litigation. Additional attributes:
