Position Overview:
The company is in search of a passionate Process Technologist to enhance their esteemed NPD Team. As a pivotal team member, the successful candidate will contribute to refining and crafting processes for innovative food products. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise and execute manufacturing processes for new food products.
- Establishing strong partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to vet and secure raw materials and equipment.
- Providing expert technical guidance during product scale-up and commercialisation phases.
- Promptly addressing process challenges and proposing effective solutions to enhance product quality and consistency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in food manufacturing, including placement year.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
