Accounts Receivable Assistant

Job description
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Assistant, who has excellent attention to detail, to join our fast paced Finance team.
As an Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be responsible for making sure that all payments received into the collection accounts are posted to the finance system and allocated to the correct customer and invoice. You will also be dealing with customer queries, surrounding payments received, so you will need to have strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and resolve any issues.
The successful applicant:
• Has experience in a numerical/analytical position
• Be proficient in using standard office programs particularly Microsoft Excel
• Has excellent organisation skills
• Will be a team player who strives for collaboration across teams

Working Pattern:
In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
