• Partnering with the Clinical Care Manager to oversee clinical care within the home.
• Leading the clinical team, aligning them with the company’s vision and principles.
• Regularly auditing care plans to ensure they are tailored to residents’ specific needs.
• Ensuring compliance with medication procedures in line with company policies and NMC guidelines.
• Fostering effective communication with residents, their families, and team members.
