Job description
Careersolve are working with a well-established client who are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join them for a period of 6 months to assist them with a period of expansion. This role will be based just outside Durham and it’s an amazing opportunity to join an award-winning company who are continuing to grow and expand.
My client offers:
Salary - £23,000 to £24,000

As the Internal Recruiter you will work within the wider team on sourcing for roles across different departments within the organisation, involved within the full recruitment life cycle from advertising the role to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter include:
· Conduct briefing meetings with the hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role.
· Writing job descriptions and posting job adverts on job boards
· CV Shortlisting
· Sourcing candidates
· S creening applicants
· Coordinating interview
· Recruitment administration - Issuing offer letters, contracts and right to work documents.
Requirements of the Internal Recruiter :
· Experience within recruitment and sourcing candidates
· Experiencing using LinkedIn
· Self-motivated
· Proactive
· Good communication skills
· Excellent organisational skills
