Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Senior Hospitality Manager to work at the incredible London Stadium in East London. • Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service
• Support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed
• Follow all finance, payroll, and purchasing company procedures, and produce accurate post event reporting
• Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

• Operational experience in a similar setting, with 3 years’ experience in a similar role and 5-6* fine dining environment as beneficial
• IT literate including Microsoft Office
• Extensive knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments

Home to the Hammers, UK Athletics, host of the 2012 Summer Olympics, and Europe’s first series of MLB games, London Stadium is no stranger to hosting word-class events. The hospitality services at the 60 – 80,000 seated stadia have been managed by Delaware North since 2015. From event day catering, general admission food and beverage, to the marketing and management of non-event day conferences, there’s plenty of opportunity at London Stadium.
