Job Description
- Managing a diverse portfolio of audit clients and large SMEs, Groups.
- Acting as primary contact in day-to-day client relationships.
- Supervision of more junior staff and assisting in their development.
- Peer review and quality control
- Participate in compliance and regulatory administration.
- Managing and developing staff at all levels within the team.
The Successful Applicant
- ACA or ACCA qualified essential, with a minimum of 18 months PQE
- Strong coaching and delegation skills
- Commercially minded
- A clear and confident communicator with clients and junior staff, able to impart complex technical points in an understandable way for less experienced individuals or non-audit specialists.
- Work in a supportive, caring, and collaborative way with colleagues at all levels. React positively to requests for support from colleagues and be proactive in offering assistance when required
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
