Orion is proud to collaborate once again with our engineering client based in Camden Town, London. Our client specializes in the design and production of imaging equipment uniquely used by the medical technology sector who are looking to embed graduate with 1-2 years in industry into their New Product Introduction team as their Graduate Electronics Engineer. 

At their London facility, they meticulously manufacture their unique product which goes through a rigorous and complex manufacturing process. As they continue to expand their production capacity as well as continually look at ways to better their product offering - ways in which they do this is where your role with them becomes of paramount importance. The Graduate Production Engineer holds a pivotal role within the company, serving as a key liaison across various organizational tiers. They collaborate closely with design engineers and other departments like Quality Engineering and Production Shop Floor, fostering seamless communication and integration throughout the business.

What will you be doing as their newly appointed Graduate Electronics Engineer ?

• Collaborate with R&D Design Engineers on new designs of brand new products as well as revisions of exisiting to ensure feasibility for Production 
• Work closely with Production Management as well as Senior Production Techs on feasibility studies 
• Communicate changes with Quality Engineering to ensure compliance 
• Cooperate with the Procurement & Supply Chain team on product changes and how this will influence the procurement process 

What you need to be able to demonstrate?

• Masters Degree in an Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering. 
• Confident Communicator - this roles strength sits with it's ability to build strong and collaborative relationships across all areas of the business
• Can comfortably commute to this location every day - due to the nature of work you need to be able to work onsite Monday to Friday
• Have the right to work in the UK - our client cannot support any immediate or future sponsorship requests
