Job description
Freelance Project Manager required for 13 Million new build starter trade industrial units based in the town centre. As the project lead you will responsible from inception of the scheme to deliver the programme on time and within budget, the project itself will be portal steel frame units with groundworks, 278 works and associated services. You as the Project Manager will be reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager and managing a site team which will include a Site Manager, TLO and a Document Controller, supervision and control of subcontractor packages, QA and dealing with community liaison.
As the Project Manager it will be a mandatory requirement to hold current in date CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates and as the project is a county council project any applicants must live within a maximum of 30 miles from the postcode
