Job description
Quantity Surveyor
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for civil engineering contractor who specialise in new road construction in the London & Essex region.
Project will typically range between £1 to £10 million however do have the possibility of increasing to £20-£30m when additional works are awarded. The scope of work will generally be anything from earthworks, civils, utilities and surfacing.
Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the day-to-day commercial control, reporting and management of multiple projects from award up to final account. We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has knowledge and understanding of measurement and valuation.
Qualifications and experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience
Knowledge and experience of NEC contracts/sub-contracts is essential
Experience with bitumen/asphalt surfacing contracts and sub-contracts
