Project Manager
Remote
£50,000 - £55,000 per year
We are pleased to be supporting an exciting company who operate from a variety of European-wide locations. If you are a Project Manager who is interested in working on Transformation/Change projects and you are based near Norwich please get in touch!
Responsibilities:- Project definition & assessment – ensure all aspects of the solution meet compliance, information security, governance standards.
- Determine and apply most suitable delivery methodologies for projects e.g. Agile, waterfall, hybrid
- Develop & Maintain project plans whilst identifying and communicating the critical path & key milestones
- Provide support, guidance and constructive challenge as needed to project teams, senior leadership and all stakeholders involved
- Manage all financial aspects of the projects including estimating, budgeting funding and billing
- Oversight of expected benefits and outcomes including benefit realisations plans and associated reporting to monitor and measure project progress
The successful candidate will have experience/ knowledge with:- Proven understanding of project and programme methodologies, tools and techniques such as: MSP, PRINCE2, Agile etc.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects through full life cycles
- Hands on leader with strong decision making, influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong reporting, presentation and communications skills
- Project Management qualifications/ certifications
