Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
- Interact with CEO and carry out their requests
- Assist with drafting and editing grant applications and bid-writing
- Attend workshops and conferences when requested
- Help with website content and social media management
- Coordinate charity volunteers in-person and online
- Support online and in-person fundraising efforts
- Liaise with counterpart working in Ghana
- Track outgoings on a project-by-project basis
- Network with relevant organisations and individuals
- Manage office space and interact with visitors
- Answer phone calls and communicate with relevant parties
- Record staff and volunteer expense requests
- Manage different projects and activities run by the charity
- Recruit and onboard new staff members and volunteers

Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard
This is a work-based qualification with college attendance one day a month.

We are looking for someone who shares our values and vision to complete the initial apprenticeship with potential to progress with us into a more substantive role.
