Job description
Fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join this leading Shropshire firm.
The firm are L500 rated and have a number of offices throughout the area. You will run your own caseload of litigation matters and supervise a solicitor and support staff.
You will be experienced with dealing with medium to high value and complex commercial disputes including contract, director/shareholder disputes, warranty claims, insolvency work, debt recovery, fraud and professional negligence. Experience of contentious property work is preferable (but not essential), including possession proceedings, rights of way and boundary/land disputes.
You will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals and other third parties to provide excellent levels of service and be willing to take part in marketing and business development.
