Location: Kingston upon Thames
Salary: £30,000-£48,000
Located in Central Kingston upon Thames, we are one of the leading suppliers of office support staff across London and Surrey including supplying Contact Centres, PA’s, Secretarial, Customer Services, Sales Marketing, Finance and IT staff.
Basic to £30,000 + OTE of £15,000 + Benefits
The Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you will be committed to offering the highest standards of service to both our clients and candidates.
You will be responsible winning new business by selling our recruitment services and the high calibre of our candidates.
This will be done through Business Development on the phone, client meetings followed up by closely managing your accounts won.
You will be supported by a team of resourcers and an administration team so you can focus on new business and Account Management
Person Specification
You would have worked in a B2B sales environment for at least 12 – 18 months and who can demonstrate that you are able to consistently win new business through a sales process.
You will be highly organised, have strong administration skills.
We are looking for a candidate who wants to develop within a business, be target and success driven and completely committed to offering an exceptional standard of service to both candidates and client
