Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team at Nation FC as a Volunteer Football Coach! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about football and love working with children to join us in coaching and mentoring our young players.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize football training sessions for children aged [insert age range] in a fun and inclusive manner.

• Develop age-appropriate drills and activities to enhance players’ skills and knowledge of the game.

• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect among players.

• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players to help them improve their performance.

• Assist with organizing and coordinating matches, tournaments, and other football-related events.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions and matches.

Qualifications:

• Passion for football and a desire to share that passion with others.

• Previous experience playing football and/or coaching children preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with players, parents, and fellow coaches.

• Enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude.

Time Commitment:

Every Tuesday 7pm till 8:30pm

Every Saturday 11-12pm
