Our client is a forward-thinking professional services practice. They are expanding and seeking a Senior Associate to join their dynamic team. With significant growth they are committed to providing top-tier accountancy, assurance, tax, and advisory services across diverse industries. About the Role: As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all aspects of accounting and tax engagements (annual accounts, management accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, CIS returns, and ad hoc tasks).
- Providing training to junior team members to enhance the overall delivery of client work.
- Developing a keen commercial awareness to identify value-add opportunities for clients and the firm.
- Taking ownership of administrative and ad hoc tasks as required by internal procedures or management.
Requirements: To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience within a Practice environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines.
