Job description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Performance and Support Officer to provide administrative and performance function to the Early Help & Prevention service. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills. They should be particularly proficient in using Microsoft office packages and able to demonstrate experience of performance analysis using Excel (essential) and/or Power Bi (desirable).

The successful candidate would be working within the Early Help Schools & Partnerships team supporting the TAF and Parenting & Group work team however, would be expected to work fluidly across all areas of the service where required. This would also require a willingness to travel to other areas of the borough when needed.

Please also be aware that interviews may be held in a different Cheshire West area to the job location.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Performance & Support Officer to support the Early Help & Prevention Service, to provide high quality performance analysis and business support to the service, through a number of key tasks including:

Maintain and update business and performance data using the service's Case Management systems and other Office 365 applications, such as Word, Excel etc.
The successful applicant will ensure that all business processes, performance measures and targets are monitored, analysed and reported accurately to achieve directorate objectives in line with the corporate strategy and vision and to support continuously improving performance.
Financial tasks such as ordering, receipting goods and processing invoices.
Provide general clerical support for the service including minute taking, collation of information, monitoring and maintaining service trackers.
The successful candidate would be working within the Early Help Schools & Partnerships team supporting the TAF and Parenting & Group work team however, would be expected to work fluidly across all areas of the service where required. This would also require a willingness to travel to other areas of the borough when needed.
