General Primary Support Assistant

A welcoming primary school in Northampton are looking for a dedicated TA join them on a part time basis asap. The school are looking for a dedicated member of staff who can provide support across all year groups. For this position the school are ideally looking for someone with previous experience as a primary TA however it is not essential as long you have transferrable or relevant experience working with children.

This will be a fast-paced role working within a busy primary school so you must be confident moving around the school with hands on approach.

For the right candidate this will be a long-term position until the end of the academic year.

The candidate needs to have:

• A desire to support children
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent behaviour management skills, or be willing to learn
• References relevant to this chosen role
• Experience building relationships
