Finance Manager - Dartford - 50k-65k

100% office based no option for hybrid working

Credit controllers & Finance Assistant

Managing a team of 3 staff

* Running an accounts department of a 8 to 10 million pound company turn over
* To Manage the finance and credit control team
* Bookkeeping / Accounting / Sage / Payroll / Credit control
* People Management dealing with conflict.
* Helping business to work in Europe / Ireland / distribution.
* Accounting background AAT /

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

* Qualified in Finance and Accounting ( AAT ACCA AAT CIMA ECT )
* Staff development & Supervisory experience
* Strong leadership skills & excellent communication skills and relationship building
* Demonstrable ability to work with people at all levels
* Good knowledge of English - verbal and written
* Experience of using Microsoft 365 and including SAGE
* Decision-making based on company objectives.
