Brief Description of vacancy – Red Rose Care are proud to be offering a rewarding and progressive apprenticeship in care, that will enable you to learn and study towards a level 3 qualification, whilst working full time here with us, gaining valuable skills and experiences, that will support you throughout your career.
Vacancy overview – During your apprenticeship journey, you will experience a variety of roles, allowing you to gain valuable insight into how Red Rose Care operates. You will visit our wonderful clients, taking time to get to know them, building trust and relationships, whilst providing much needed care and support. You will work alongside our fantastic team members, shadowing them in their roles, gaining an understanding of what it takes to provide care in the community. You will also be learning the ropes in the office, gaining an understanding into what goes on in the background, to ensure our care team members and clients receive the support they need.
Hours of work – 37.5hours per week, working flexible shifts including alternate weekends
Weekly wage – £10.62 p/h + premiums for unsocial hours (including evenings and weekends).
Likely minimum wage would be £398.25
Future prospects – opportunities for progression within the business, such as becoming Senior Carer, Team Leader and taking on managerial positions, as well as further qualifications and specialised training to be undertaken

However, areas of work will be based around these offices, and apprentices should expect to work within Lancashire due to the nature of the role
