Job Title: Depot Engineer - Generator Experience
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Are you a skilled engineer with experience working with generators? Are you seeking a new opportunity as a Depot Engineer? We have a position available for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Depot Engineer based in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and servicing of generators at our depot.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and component inspections.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot generator faults and implement appropriate repairs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of generators when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Depot Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with generators.
- Familiarity with generator control systems and electrical components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Working Hours and Benefits:
- This is a full-time position based in Milton Keynes.
- Competitive salary between £28,000 and £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
