Outsourcing Manager, Bracknell area, with Hybrid working

Our client is a leading regional accountancy firm, planning for their continued journey of growth. They are looking to recruit an ACA or ACCA qualified Outsourcing Manager to join the team in their modern and growing business.

The Outsourcing Manager's role will include:

• All aspects of accounts work, UK GAAP and some IFRS, to include some corporate and personal, monthly and quarterly management reporting for some clients.
• Managing accounting and outsourcing assignments, keeping the clients informed regularly of relevant information through to completion at year or month or project close.
• Supporting trainees and qualified team members with their development, managing workflow and providing feedback on relevant performance
• Being proactively commercial and able to identify cross-selling of service lines across the business
