Talent Acquisition Manager (6-9 months contract)
£40-£45k PA Pro Rata
At Frankly Recruitment, we're dedicated to sourcing top-tier talent across various sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our clients team on a interim basis for 6-9 months.
You will have the opportunity to lead innovative recruitment strategies and work closely with the Marketing and HR teams to attract the best talent in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively headhunt top-tier talent through various channels
- Implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to execute recruitment marketing campaigns
- Provide business partner-style support to hiring managers
- Track and report on hiring metrics
- Develop strong talent pipelines and maintain relationships with agencies
- Manage applicant screening and interview processes
- Utilise and enhance the Applicant Tracking System
- Create personalised candidate experiences aligned with company values
- Lead EVP strategy and implementation
- Contribute to wider recruitment projects and improve employer brand
What We Are Looking For:
- Extensive in-house recruitment experience across multiple functions
- Proficiency in innovative sourcing methods and headhunting tools
- Strategic thinker with strong project execution skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Experience in managing relationships with third-party suppliers
- Adaptability to changing business needs
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple vacancies
