Learning & Development Officer 

Hybrid - Remote with regular travel around the South West 

£27,000 - £30,000 p.a + company car 

Perm, Full time 

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the care industry through effective learning and development initiatives? Our client, a leading care provider, are looking for a Learning & Development Officer to join their team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the skills and expertise of their caregiving staff, ensuring exceptional care for the residents and service users.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Research, design, and deliver engaging workshops and coaching sessions tailored to business needs, fostering a continuous cycle of feedback and development.
• Work with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Managers on development projects. 
• Perform capability assessments.
• Collaborate with HR to support talent development. 
• Provide constructive and supportive feedback as a trusted business partner, facilitating reflection and change. 

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective learning and development programs. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• L&D Qualification 
• Care Sector experience is highly desirable
