As the Vehicle Handover Specialist you will provide a friendly and informative vehicle handover experience for our customers. You will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
At Hylton Gott we have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Handover Specialist to join our Volvo sales team at Downham Market, Kings Lynn.
As a Vehicle Handover Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for our customers during the vehicle handover process. Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the final stages of the sales process, providing comprehensive product knowledge, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and prepare for customer handovers
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations, explaining features, controls, and technology to customers
- Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Collaborate with the service department to schedule vehicle inspections, maintenance, or warranty work as needed
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Volvo product lineup and stay up-to-date with new features and advancements
- Act as a liaison between customers and various departments, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for the automotive industry
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle paperwork accurately and efficiently
