Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Fleet Administrator to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of department you will be responsible for:
* Managing the build schedules for both truck and LCV products
* Collate compliance documentatiom
* Communicate regularly with suppliers and manufactureres
* Learn the current and future operating systems
* Building rapport with colleagues and stakeholders
* Working xlosely with operations team
* Updating CRM systems
* Interacting daily with the sales team to discuss eal parameters for pricing
* Liaising with finance and accounts teams
* Collating and pricing indivisual deals for trucks
* Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Excellent customer service skills
* High level of computer literacy
* Experience of CRM systems
* The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Comprehensive administration experience
Hours Minnday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
