Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and work closely with Directors/Managers through day-to-day tasks and projects
- Schedule meeting and appointments, help to manage calendar and e-mail inquiries
- Manage the showrooms new and existing stock - keep updated
- Learn to maintain an understanding of our product line
- Assist in content creation, posting, and engagement across various platforms
- Take part in innovative/creative ideas in making the showroom an experience for clients
- Assist in client meetings
- Assist with deliveries, new customer orders and distribution
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients providing exceptional service
- Assist in creative ways of ensuring the showroom is keptĀ at the highest standards
- EOD Procedures of making sure the showroom is clean and tidy

Required

- Intuative for personal growth and company growth - entrepreneurial and flexible approach
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS
Beneficial:
- Experience in a similar role or fashion industry
- Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Well-spoken English
- Understanding of professional etiquette over the phone and email
- Ability to Understand/Speak Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
- Basic knowledge of fabric or garment production
- Interested in fashion
- Eager to learn and apply efficiently
- Can work independently and within a team
