Job Title: Senior Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: St Helens, Merseyside
Shifts Pattern: Monday - Friday, double days (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm)
Salary: Circa £36,000 - £42,000 basic (depending on experience) + Regular Overtime Available (x1.5) + Extensive Benefits Package + 29 Days Holiday

My client, an industry leading manufacturing company, is searching for a senior maintenance engineer with several years experience within FMCG / industrial automated environments to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a NO MICRO- MANAGEMENT working environment. The Candidate:
The successful candidate should have experience working within an automated manufacturing plant and should be familiar with all industrial mechanical and electrical duties and equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, chains, motors, control systems, compressors, and various other machine tools and production equipment!
The Role:
Your role will be split between planned and preventative maintenance, as well as projects and setting up equipment and all follow up work including record keeping and ensuring health and safety requirements.
The bulk of your work will be fault-finding, repairs and replacements to ensure the production line runs efficiently as well as overseeing daily checks and the planned maintenance schedule. However you will also be given regular projects to carry out and you will be expected to use your own initiative to improve the site's efficiency.
