Recruit UK is working with a leading wealth management firm based in Kettering, which is currently recruiting for a financial planning administrator.

The firm is proud to offer financial planning solutions to its clients to help them achieve their financial goals through providing bespoke solutions. The successful candidate will have previous financial planning administration experience and a good understanding of the role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join a forward-thinking firm, with the potential for career progression and professional development.

Duties will include:

• Client meeting packs
• Scanning and postal duties
• Letters of authority
• Client liaison and point of contact
• Updating CRM systems
• Compliance duties
• Working closely with the paraplanning team and advisers

Skills and experience required:

• Previous financial planning administration experience
• Proficient use of Excel
• Ability to multitask
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
