Head of Sales – Remote Direct to Consumer

Remote/Guildford

Basic up to 80,000 OTE 100,000 Uncapped + Car + Pension + Benefits + Equity

With Global revenues of 2.5 billion and ambitious expansion plans, this organisation is the most recognised brand in the world within their field, renowned for quality products and service, sold through multiple routes to market.

As part of their European growth strategy, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Head of Sales to drive the largest channel in the UK, which is direct to the consumer.

This is an exciting and multi–faceted role managing the internal and field sales teams, defining and implementing long term strategy as well as leading and motivating on a daily basis. There is a clear succession plan in place and this role will develop into Sales Directorship with equity potential and ultimately Managing Director.
