Senior Support Worker
Liverpool
40 hours per week, Shift pattern - Monday - Friday 8am-4pm / 2pm - 10pm 1 Saturday a month
3month contract.

Our client is a national social justice charity with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join their team in Liverpool.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing accommodation and support services to individuals as an alternative to custody.
Senior Support Worker Key Responsibilities: - Act as a deputy to the Service Lead, providing direct input and support into the team's practice and performance.
- Maintain exemplary quality standards within the team and support the completion of compliance audits.
- Ensure the properties are adequately equipped, maintained, furnished, and cleaned.
- Serve as a safeguarding lead, advising teams on effective incident management, practice, and reporting.
- Carry a small caseload of complex need service users.
- Deputise for Service Leads and line manage teams of support workers when required.
Senior Support Worker requirements: - Extensive knowledge of support planning and safeguarding.
- Experience working with vulnerable adults with complex needs.
- Flexibility to travel within the allocated patch for training and meetings.
- Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle.
The Package This is a temporary, Senior Support worker role, 40 hours per week for an initial 3 months, covering the recruitment process for a permanent team member, meaning the role could be extended, or become permanent.
