A housing solicitor for a remarkable, Top Tier Legal 500 firm with close to 150 highly skilled professionals offering exceptional expertise from over half a dozen sites across London. This leading, full-service firm is the natural option for quality clients across their local area and beyond, has very little real competition over a huge part of London, and is envied for their vast and loyal clientele. They are now looking for a housing solicitor to join their firm as they further expand.

Main Duties

• You will join the firm’s community law department as part of their housing team based from one of their East London offices
• Undertake a varied caseload which includes homelessness, repossessions, evictions, disrepair, and injunction cases, among others
• Further strengthen the firm’s expertise and reputation, which is particularly strong in housing law
• Develop trusting relationships with clients from all backgrounds

Requirements

• You will be a housing solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in housing law
• Sound knowledge of housing law and litigation
• Ideally, some experience of acting as a duty advisor under a Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme
• You absolutely must have a stable work history. This is essential to your application being progressed

Salary & Benefits
