Location: Peripatetic - location can be agreed on appointment - will deliver our services nationally
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

• Carry out a range of quality assurance activities in line with the IQA Strategy, producing exception reports to operational colleagues to drive learner progress.
• Arrange, carry out and document Teaching, Learning and Assessment Observations on practitioners focusing on improvement.
• Ensure you have a working knowledge of systems and processes to effectively support practitioner to improve in their role, learning from your skills and experience.
• Drive the use of digital skills and actively support the transition away from paper across training.
• Responsible for internal quality assurance of learner portfolios ensuring standards achieved and identifying referral actions.
• Responsible for providing advice, support, and guidance to the team on industry and Employability Practitioner L4 apprenticeship updates and changes in requirements.
• Organise the delivery of standardisation and CPD sessions to improve practitioner performance and outcomes for learners.

Essential
• Strong understanding of Employability Practitioner L4 apprenticeship requirements
• Strong digital skills and the ability to support colleagues to improve their skills
• Assessor and IQA qualifications
• Teaching qualification to minimum of L3 (AET)
• L2 qualifications in English and Mathematics
• Driving Licence
• A broad range of occupational experience across a range of sectors to support quality monitoring activities
