Fantastic opportunity exists for a residential property solicitor to join this leading Shropshire firm.
The firm are L500 rated and have a number of offices throughout the area. There will be a broad spectrum of residential property work including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and the ability to work under pressure. This role is within a fast paced environment and requires exceptional file management skills with a high level of attention to detail. Experience of Landlord & Tenant matters and leasehold extensions is preferred but not essential. You will be able to demonstrate an interest in marketing and business development and will be a key member of this friendly and supportive team. Excellent career opportunities on offer.
