Planner/Senior Planner: Consultancy

Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: 30 - 39K

Beach Baker is working exclusively with a Multi-disciplinary Planning Consultancy, where Sustainability, Environmental Energy and Development being at the forefront of priorities.

This role would be ideal for anyone with 2 years of UK based Town Planning experience coming from either the private or public sectors, looking for an increase in salary, and to work within a small, supportive team with plans to expand.

The Role

Integrating the wider business, you will be sitting along a host of other internal disciplines, meaning you can expect to develop your career as a planner in a uniquely well-rounded manner.

You will be working on all aspects of the planning process, from initial site appraisals to the preparation and submission of planning applications, alongside associated condition compliance and appeal duties.

Projects will be under your control, and you will also have the opportunity to assist on other larger scale projects which will stand to prepare you for the next level of your career as a Town Planner.

About You

• To be considered for this role, the following essential requirement are:
• A degree in Town or Spatial Planning
• MRTPI or working towards chartership.
• A minimum of 2-year UK based experience within a Town Planning role
• A full driving license and access to a vehicle.
