About the Role:
- Seeking a Practice Manager with experience in dental practice operations and CQC knowledge.
- The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, aiming for an ASAP start but flexible for the right candidate.
- You’ll be well-supported by both an Area Manager and a Business Manager, focusing your efforts on practice management without the burden of financial admin tasks.
- Excellent management and people skills are essential.
- SOE software experience is desirable, along with a background in managing DenPlan and understanding NHS + Private practices.
- Knowledge in compliance areas such as infection control, safeguarding, CPD is crucial.
- Experience with or knowledge of CQC regulations is a must; being CQC registered would be advantageous – but not essential.
