Due to further expansion within our Solar department, multi award winning and UK market leading CES have a fantastic opportunity available for a Renewable Electrical Supervisor to join our growing organisation as we seek to double in size over the next 12 months.

Salary: £45k plus bonuses (Car and fuel will be provided)

Location: Swansea Marina

(Covering Wales and South West England daily on site visits. One day per week in our office, Swansea Marina)

Please see below an initial overview of the job duties involved:

• Daily on-site visits
• Reviewing Live installs – Solar P.V, ASHP Electrical Installs, General Electrical work and DMEV’s (Extractor Fans)
• Working alongside QS & QA (Quality Supervisor & Quality Assessor)
• Reviewing performance and training needs
• Technical Advice & Point of contact for on-site electricians
• Health & Safety Reviewing – Forms, Point of Work Risk Assessments, Monthly Communication updates, general H&S reviews on-site
• New Starter Inductions
• New Starter On-Boarding
• Van Inspections / Stock Inspection

• Excellent communication
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude
• Excellent solar PV knowledge
• Flexibility and Adaptability

Essential qualifications required:

• NVQ Level 3 - Electrical Installation
• Inspection and testing
• Relevant course in Solar PV

Desirable qualifications required:

• 18th Edition
• Part P
• Health and Safety qualification
