Job description

Our Digital team is currently seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner to be part of an innovative and dynamic team with an unprecedented amount of digital product activity on the horizon. An exciting opportunity to join the team! This is a senior role, and we need your experience to own the B2B product vision, and lead a team of experienced product owners alongside the digital platforms, working with senior stakeholders to deliver business benefit outcomes as well as brilliant digital experiences for our Life and General Insurance intermediaries. Successful candidates may be required to travel to any of the following locations: Norwich and York A bit about the job: You will be working hand in hand with the business units on the product roadmap and vision, using data and insight as well as user feedback to inform the problems that need solving and drive the performance of the product. You’ll also work with the UX, Visual Design and Research team to understand external trends and ensure adequate user testing is undertaken. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Preferably a good knowledge of intermediary or B2B led propositions in the Digital space. Insurance/financial service background in the Life business preferred, but not essential. Demonstrable experience in digital product delivery and leadership specifically across web platforms, whilst also setting up best in class digital teams and improving ways of working, output, and outcomes over time with Agile methodology. Delivery of a portfolio of platforms or products from concept to market alongside ongoing continuous improvement. Strong evidence of leadership and coaching of cross functional teams with a proven ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders across the business.
