About the role:

 

We are currently looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team for 30 hours per week! 

We are the one of the only travel groups in the UK which is part of larger family of businesses which form The Midcounties Co-operative, which makes our travel business even more unique! 

We're an independent agency, which means we have wider choice of packages and we work closely with over 300 major tour operators. 

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Travel Consultant to join our growing Society and create unforgettable experiences for our members and customers. 

As a Travel Consultant, you will:

• Provide unrivalled customer service by continuously going the extra mile
• Achieve sales and profit targets by maximising customers bookings
• Maximise selling opportunities through upselling additional products and services
• Act as a role model to trainee consultants in the branch 
• Actively participate in training to enhance knowledge and personal development

Who are we looking for?

To be a successful candidate for this role you will need: 

• Some experience in sales or customer focused environments 
• Passion and enthusiasm for travel 
• Confidence, a sociable and vibrant nature 
• Excellent communication skills
