HR Advisor 

Home-based - Travel around the Midlands 

Perm, Full Time 

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Tide Partnership are delighted to be partnering with a leading care provider in their search for a HR Advisor! A fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join an incredible people team and contribute to their mission of delivering outstanding care. 

The Role

As the HR Advisor you will provide expert advice and guidance on all HR-related matters, resolve ER issues effectively and assist in change management initiatives - to name a few duties! This is a generalist position where every day will be different. 

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to): 

• Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management.
• Assist in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication with employees.
• Conduct data analysis to identify HR trends, measure employee engagement, and inform decision-making
• Deliver training for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

Travel - Due to the nature of the role and organisation, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel on an occasional basis across the Midlands region. Additionally, due to the location of the services, you will need to hold a valid driving licence and have access to you own vehicle.

Job Criteria - Essential:

• CIPD qualified or working towards
• Strong employment law knowledge
• Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment 
• HR experience within the care sector is desirable
