Are you passionate about agriculture and have a knack for excellent customer service? Our esteemed client, a leading supplier of agricultural machinery across the UK, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in Essex.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience within the agricultural industry is necessary.
• Similar role experience, including service advisors within the automotive industry, is also welcomed.
• City and Guilds, Landbased Engineering, or equivalent qualifications are desired.
• Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner are essential.

Benefits:

• Starting salary of £35,000 per annum.
• 45-hour workweek.
• Weekend and seasonal hours apply (to be discussed at the interview).

Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and assistance regarding service inquiries.
• Coordinate service schedules and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including billing and invoicing processes.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
