Job description
We are looking for 2 x Mechanical (HVAC) Supervisors for a 2-3 year Building Services installation project in Newquay, Cornwall.
Requirements: - Time served Pipefitter / Plumber who's worked at supervisor level for a number of years.
- Experience on various commercial projects such as: Hospitals / Schools / Prisons etc.
- Gold CSCS / Engineering Skills Card.
- SSSTS or SMSTS Cert.
- Candidates will need to obtain a basic DBS, BPPS Clearance and Security Clearance (which we can assist you with obtaining).
The ideal candidate for this role is someone experienced and capable of either looking after a self-delivery or subcontract package of up to 20 mechanical pipefitters / plumbers installing heating and plumbing systems on the commercial projects.''
Duration: This Job runs for around
2 - 3 years in duration. The Package on offer: Pay rate = £30.00/hr CIS, 43 hrs per week Mon - Fri initially.
Accommodation Paid: £350.00 per week tax free lodging allowance.
Mileage Rate: 0.25p per mile from home to site paid there and back twice a week.
