Community Nurse: £15.50 to £19 per hour, £35K+ Full Time, your pay will reflect your experience.
Also available in Part Time.
Required:
Hold a nursing qualification with current registration from the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an RNLD, RMN, or RGN.
Demonstrate confidence and composure in high-pressure situations.
Possess experience in collaborating with individuals with learning disabilities.
Exhibit flexibility, a willingness to tackle challenges, and innovation in your professional approach.
Demonstrate clinical expertise or express a readiness to learn and acquire relevant clinical skills.
Possess a valid driver's license and a willingness to use personal transport for business is advantageous (standard fuel compensation).
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized nursing care and serve as a role model in providing direct support to individuals with a learning disability.
Organize the day-to-day activities of the support team to ensure that individuals receive the appropriate level of support at the designated times.
Assist individuals in attaining their personal objectives related to the management of their daily lives.
Perform nursing procedures in adherence to local or district guidelines.
Communicate efficiently with fellow team members, families, and stakeholders, as necessary, to maintain continuity of care.
Collaborate within a nursing team to optimize outcomes for the individuals receiving support.
