Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious BDM to support our customers, enabling them to maximize their product offerings, as they embark on their Digital Transformation Journey.

The role is suitable for those with direct experience of selling into a Manufacturing or CAM oriented market, or those with a high level of technical knowledge of process and production, who may be looking to make a difference in the industry.

Together, we will continue with our ongoing commitment to delivering top-tier applications that set the industry standard for quality and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our organization, whilst supporting and nurturing both new and existing customers primarily within the manufacturing and CAM sectors.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for analyzing our clients current and future challenges, keeping them ahead of the market as well as their competition.

You will have responsibility and ownership of maximizing our client’s portfolio of solutions as well as increasing our solutions footprint across the market.

You will collaborate with our technical and marketing teams to maintain relationships within both existing and new business, as well as working alongside our established partners within the CAM and Manufacturing space.

You will focus on the continuous development and networking with clients to attract new business, identify and research new market opportunities and oversee major growth projects.

- Partner & Strategic account management
- Licensing and service requirements
- Maintenance/MES+
- Upgrade plans
- Sales projections and forecasting revenue
- New name Business Development
- Business networking events
- Territory, industry, and product plans
- Develop supporting material to document accounts
- White space analysis (Total IT spend analysis, Design and Manufacturing)
- Promoting industry groupings and offerings
- Marketing plans and budgets
- Develop industry and customer case studies
- Social Media (Web, Twitter, Facebook)
- Sales (Turnkey offerings)
- Network and represent the company at related events

What we are looking for 

Proven record of sales growth
- Experience of working within Manufacturing or CAM environment
- Education or certification within a manufacturing related environment would be advantageous.

- A self-starter, focused on achieving your objectives.
- Self-teaching, always developing and utilizing the latest philosophies.
- Confident to build relevant materials for demonstration purposes.
- Able to run webinars and present at events.
- You will be a strong team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, easy going and relaxed under pressure.
