Salary: £85,000-£110,000

PQE Level: 10+ PQE (guide only)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Our client is a UK Top 20 law firm with teams located across the US and UK, boasting a global network and an enviable client list of household names. The firm's intellectual property team is currently seeking a partner to assist in the ongoing growth and success of this specialist team.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Working on the full range of IP work both contentious and non-contentious, covering matters such as IP rights disputes, negotiating IP agreements, assignments, licenses, confidentiality agreements research and development agreements and more.
• Collaborate with senior team members in the UK and US.
• Mentor and supervise junior solicitors, whilst being a go-to for knowledge and IP expertise.
• Working to build the teams and your own reputation as an IP specialist through active business development and client engagement.

A following is not essential for this position (but desirable). Overall, they're seeking an individual with a track record of strong IP work who has advised significant clients on high-value matters, who has the passion and experience of growing and developing a leading team.
