IFA Administrator – Dorking - £25K - £35K
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing administrative support in the financial services industry? We're working with a financial services firm as they’re looking for someone to join their team and contribute to their mission of delivering excellent service to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) in managing client relationships and financial portfolios.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation, including applications, forms, and contracts.
- Coordinate client meetings, manage calendars, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Handle client inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably supporting IFAs or financial advisers.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and client communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
