Job description
We are seeking an aspiring minister for a development role, working alongside our current pastor who has shown vision and commitment and is a collaborative, trained and experienced mentor.
We want to see a smooth transition of leadership that will help the church sustain and develop its culture of grace and growth. Our present leader is open to remaining as a sensitive support and encouragement to the new leader when the transition is complete.
We are looking for someone who also embodies similar characteristics of ministry while being able to exercise their own gifting, has some experience of ministry, and is prepared to further help the ministry that the church is committed to developing.
