Vice President of Technology

Cambridge - Hybrid

Salary - £80,000 - £90,000 + Excellent benefits package

We have a new position for a dynamic biotech company. This elite company is centred on improving lives through innovation, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology.

About the Opportunity:

As the Vice President of Technology, you'll play a crucial role in transitioning the groundbreaking solution from development to manufacturing and, ultimately, to the market.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and commercialisation of a cutting-edge solution.


• Ensuring a seamless transition from research and development to scalable manufacturing.


• Oversee enhancements for market compatibility.


• Formulating and executing a technology strategy.


• Staying abreast of emerging tech trends and integrating innovative solutions.


• Management of External Partnerships.


• Team Building.

You will be comfortable maintaining strong relationships with industry players, ensuring the product meets market needs and will be sure to represent the company discreetly in industry events and discussions with key partners.

To be considered for the Vice President of Technology you will have the following attributes:

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Biotechnology or a related field.


• Minimum of 8 years in technology leadership, within the Med-Tech or IVD field.


• Demonstrated experience in managing external partnerships and in commercialisation.


• Familiarity with ISO13485 standards and regulations.
