SEMH TA - Uxbridge - ASAP Start - £80-£100 Per Day - Full-time - ASD School - Salary Dependent on Experience

• SEMH TA required to work full-time in Uxbridge
• SEMH TA required to start ASAP
• SEMH TA required to work 1:1 with challenging behaviour
• SEMH TA - Must have an Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service

For this role, Qualiteach are actively recruiting for an experienced SEMH TA who is confident in working on a 1:1 basis with students who have challenging behaviour. The role will require you to work closely with the students, providing academic and emotional support to in order to build a rapport with them. You will also need to encourage students to take an independent and proactive approach to their learning while promoting life skills in order to prepare them for life outside of education. Due to the needs of the students, the ideal SEMH TA will need to have experience working with children or young people who have SEN such as Autism, Complex Needs, SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. This role requires a full-time commitment on a long-term basis.

This thriving ASD school is located in Uxbridge and caters for students aged between 4-19 years old with Special Educational Needs such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The school is very small and has around 210 students therefore, class sizes vary from 8-10 pupils along with 2 teaching assistants in class. This school has good transport links and on-site parking available.
